Three men, one life. Let’s build the playbook.

Coaching for trios to move past misunderstandings and get back to enjoying each other.

Wherever you are in your story, I’ll meet you there.

  • We're a Curious Couple

You’ve started the conversation, but you’re realizing that wanting a third partner and managing a three-person relationship are different things. We build your pre-flight strategy so you can step into this new chapter with clarity.

  • I'm the New Guy

You’ve joined a couple, but you’re still trying to figure out where you fit in an existing life. We move past the "guest" phase and build an integration strategy that gives you an authentic voice in the relationship.

  • We're Just Getting Started

The initial excitement has settled into a day-to-day routine, and you’re starting to feel the normal bumps of three lives merging. We work through everyday friction and build habits to strengthen the relationship.

  • We're in a Crisis

Things feel heavy, and you’re worried the relationship might not survive the rough waters. We lower the temperature and move past the blame so all three of you can see the situation clearly and decide what comes next.

  • I'm the Odd Man Out

Lately, the connection feels lopsided. Whether you’re the one feeling distant or the duo noticing the drift, you know a rebalance is needed. We build a playbook that ensures no one is left to navigate the relationship alone.

  • Time for Long Term Planning

You’ve built a life together, and now it’s time to make a long-term plan. We move beyond being “committed” to secure your legacy, ensuring your financial and legal foundations are as strong as your bond and built to last.

John Broady, The Throuple Guy, providing professional relationship coaching and strategy for men in throuples.

I didn’t become "The Throuple Guy" because I read a book about it. I became him because I live it as part of a long-term, committed throuple.

The world is designed for pairs, and when you add a third man to the mix, the standard relationship advice starts to fail. I know firsthand that 99% of the challenges in a trio aren't due to a lack of love. Instead, it’s a lack of a clear system.

As a PCC-certified leadership coach, I spent my career helping high-performing individuals navigate complex organizational dynamics. After being in a trio for over eight years, I realized that a throuple is essentially a small, high-stakes organization. It needs a strategy, clear communication channels, and shared rules to thrive.

I’m not here to be your therapist or your cheerleader. I’m here to be your coach. I help you cut through the unhelpful cycles and the misunderstandings so you can get back to the reason you started this journey in the first place: enjoying your life together.

Hi, I’m John.
